| 75th Anniversary | Our first event for our 75th anniversary will be held on January 21. Please plan to attend church on that Sunday. |
| Daily Disciple Study | will begin on Jan. 23rd at 7:00 pm, join Matt in the Adult Education room on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month to study the Bible readings we’ll be hearing in church the following Sunday. |
| FaithTalk | Our FaithTalk questions have taken on a life of their own, and we’ve found ourselves spending as much time talking about these as we have in discussing that month’s book! Monday, January 15th from 7-8 pm the whole congregation is invited to our first intergenerational FaithTalk evening. This will be a time to just gather, share different aspect of our faith with each other in small groups, learn more about each other’s faith journey and in the process more about our own. |
| Annual Meeting | The annual congregational meeting will be held immediately following the 10:30 am worship service TODAY. Copies of the ballot and proposed budget are on the table in the narthex if you would like to look at them before the meeting. |

| Altar Guild | There will be a special meeting for all the Altar Guild members on January 22 at 7:00 pm at the church, please plan on being there or if you can’t make it, please let Pastor know. Thank you! |
| Flower Chart 2007 | The flower chart for 2007 is up on the window by the office. Please stop and sign up to put flowers on the altar for your special occasions. The flowers will remain $18.00 per bouquet. There are still lots of spaces available. |
| Lincoln Lutheran Choir | will begin the spring concert season with an opening rehearsal on January 14th at Grace Lutheran Church. The concert is scheduled for April 29th, also at Grace and our interim director, James Lytton, has chosen the theme: “A Journey Through the Liturgical Year”. |

| 52 Verses in 52 Weeks! | We at ALC are embarking on a year-long journey of memorizing a Scripture verse each week. Each Sunday morning, a Bible verse from that morning’s lessons will be included on a small card in your bulletin—feel free to take it home with you. January - People’s City Mission
People’s City Mission provides food and shelter for homeless persons and families. Some classes are offered to assist people in becoming self-sufficient. |
| Food Pantry | In January, the Lincoln Lutheran Cluster Food Pantry needs pasta, canned meats, hamburger and tuna helper, and juice. Cash donations are used for immediate needs. Place your donation clearly marked "food pantry" in the collection plate. |
